Royal Building Systems™
is a stay-in-place, finished concrete forming system made from durable
polymer composite materials. The system can be mobilized anywhere
in the world in order to build a wide variety of structures quickly
and efficiently. The polymer forms can also be used as a roof panel,
filled with insulation and covered using special "snap-on"
roof tiles. The system can also accommodate conventional roof structures
and support, and can be designed to meet extreme structural requirements
(e.g. wind loads of 120 mph and seismic 4 earthquake conditions).
Components are available in a variety of colors (tan, white, or gray)
and in a variety of sizes (4", 6", 8" and 8" insulated)
to accommodate a wide range of structural (load bearing or non-load
bearing) and thermal performance requirements.
